Comprehensive Decisionmaking of Alternative Transmission Network Planning Based on AHP/TOPSIS
摘 要
配电网规划方案的综合决策对电网的发展建设和改造具有重要指导意义。运用层次分析法求解权重,基于对电网规划的柔性需求分析,引入区间数代替传统逼近理想解法中的点值进行改进,利用指标裕度体现待规划电网的实际情况,进一步采用基于度的区间数排序法分析所得结果,将方案进行优劣排序,据此为配电网规划问题决策出最适合的方案。实例计算表明,基于区间数的逼近理想解法体现了方案与问题的契合关系,提高了评价结果的准确性,具有较好的现实意义。
Abstract
Comprehensive DecisionMaking of Alternative Transmission Network Planning is important to reasonable grid construction and transformation. According to the drawback of the existing method of Comprehensive decisionmaking of alternative transmission network planning, interval number and interval arithmetic were introduced. It calculated weights by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and instead interval numbers of point values to improve Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), in which the requirements of the planning area were reflected by indicator margin based on analysis of the flexible requirements of network planning, then adopted the NSG degreebased ranking method analyzing the results calculated by improved TOPSIS and ranking the programs to choose the most appropriate scheme for planning problem. At last, the example showed that TOPSIS based on interval numbers enhanced the accuracy and reliability with good practical significance.
