Analysis of Prefabricated Container of Smart Substation Based on ITER
摘 要
国际热核聚变试验堆(ITER)是一个磁约束核聚变装置,基于该装置的高压变电站的二次设备采用预制式电气舱进行集成,适应当前国家电网智能化建设的趋势,是国内变电站研究和发展的主要方向。对ITER脉冲高压变电站(PPEN)预制式电气舱设计进行了分析,预制式电气舱通过箱式封装和电气设备模块化集成,实现了二次设备优化组合和“即插即用”,同时充分考虑到舱内通风、照明、温湿度控制、屏柜电缆布置等因素,在实际应用中大大降低了安装和运营成本。
Abstract
As a fusion device, the protection device of the PPEN substation of ITER will be integrated by prefabricated container, which is consistent with the latest substation of the intelligent substation. In this paper, the prefabricated container will be introduced detailedly, and the container will be integrated with most of secondly devices of the substation. The ventilation and air conditioning, internal lighting, fire detection and cable route have been included in the container. Because of the high integration design, it is much more easily for the installation and operation.
