Coldside Optimization of 600 MW Supercritical Units
摘 要
对潮州发电公司两台600 MW机组真空系统及设备进行改进,并通过试验表明了真空系统并联方式下的机组背压、运行经济性优于串联方式,双级真空泵的抽真空能力及节能效果明显优于单级真空泵,新式二次滤网具有较高的安全性和经济性。通过真空查漏找到了机组的明显漏点,提高了机组的严密性,真空系统及设备改造和优化对机组的经济性影响明显。
Abstract
Chaozhou power company for the vacuum system of 600MW two units and equipment was improved, and the results showed that the unit back pressure, economically superior to run parallel vacuum system under the series, double stage vacuum pump capacity and obvious energy saving effect was better than the single stage vacuum pump, safety and economy of the new two screen with higher, by vacuum leak leak unit was found out, improved the tightness of the unit, vacuum system and equipment modification and optimization of the economic impact on the unit obviously.
