Assessment of Reduce Line Loss of the 6 kV Common Segment to 400 V Life Special Plate
摘 要
通过分析吴泾热电厂六期项目的3个400 V生活专用盘承担厂用电负荷越来越重、输电线路损耗越来越大、电压质量明显下降等问题,提出了降低6 kV公用段至400 V生活专用盘线路损耗的节能方案。在分析6 kV公用段至400 V生活专用盘线路损耗主要原因和降低线路损耗措施后,对线路损耗进行了评估。评估结果为采用新方案后,成本预算为3.45万元;每年可节约厂用电178.307 MWh;按上网电价成本0.477 3元/kWh计算,每年可节约厂用电费约8.5万元;在用电高峰时,400 V生活专用盘线路电压始终保持在400 V额定电压附近。
Abstract
Through analysis of the three 400 V life special plate for six phase of Wujing Thermal Power Plant project, we find the problem such as the factory electricity power load it undertake getting heavier and heavier, transmission line loss is more and more big, and the voltage quality decreased obviously. So we put forward energy saving potential plan to reduce line loss from 6 kV common segment to 400 V life special plate. After introduced line loss causes and the methods of reducing line loss from 6 kV common segment to 400 V special plate, we conduct the line loss assessment. The results show that for the new plan, cost budget is 34.5 thousand yuan. It can save 178.307 MWh factory electricity each year; Calculated on a feedin tariff cost 0.477 3 yuan/kWh, it can save 85 thousand yuan of factory electric charge each year; At the electricity peak, voltage for 400 V life special plate always stay near the rated voltage.
