Methods to Solve the Voltage Qualification Rate under Small Load
摘 要
崇明电网35 kV前卫变电站于2011年底投运东方电子DF8003智能电网调度支持系统。针对崇明生态岛用电的特殊性、2号主变10 kV二段Ⅱ母线6:00~22:00时段小负荷下出现的电压合格率过低问题,通过寻找原因、核对数据、反复论证,与厂方沟通,报调控中心批准,在SCADA参数表中,把P、Q两项参数的“死数”诊断时间由600改为0,解决了问题。修改后,将原先低于99.00%的电压合格率提高到100%。
Abstract
The east electronic DF8003 smart grid dispatching support system put into operation at Chongming grid 35 kV Qianwei Substation at the end of 2011. According to the particularity of the electricity of chongming ecological island and voltage qualified rate too low problems of No.2 line of second busbar of No.2 10 kV main transformer during 06:00~22:00 period under small load, through looking for reasons, check data, repeated proof, to communicate with the manufacturer, the control center for approval, and change diagnosis time for the two parameters P, Q which has no change from 600 to 0 in SCADA parameter table, then the problem solved. After modification, original less than 99.00% voltage qualified rate will be increased to 100%.
