Research Progress on Carbon Nanotubes Reinforced Aluminum Matrix Composite
摘 要
介绍了碳纳米管增强铝基复合材料的研究现状, 通过对比不同制备工艺以及碳纳米管增强铝基复合材料的抗拉强度、硬度、伸长率等力学性能, 总结了粉末冶金法、高能球磨法、热喷涂法以及其它新技术的优缺点, 同时阐述了复合材料制备过程中存在的问题及解决方法; 此外还介绍了碳纳米管的强化机制; 最后讨论了碳纳米管增强铝基复合材料未来的发展方向和研究重点。
Abstract
The research progress on carbon nanotubes reinforced aluminum matrix composite is introduced. By comparing the preparation processes and mechanical properties of the composite, incliding tensile strength, hardness and elongation, the advantages and disadvantages of powder metallurgy methods, high-energy ball milling method, the thermal spraying method and other new technologies are summarized. At the same time, some problems existing during preparing the composite and solutions are expounded. In addition, some strengthen mechanisms of carbon nanotubes were introduced. At last, the development directions and research focuses in future for the composite are pointed.
