Corrosion Behavior of TP140 in Simulated Oilfield Fresh Acid and Spent Acid Environments
摘 要
采用SEM, EDS, XPS和激光共聚焦等测试手段, 研究了套管钢TP140在模拟油田鲜酸和残酸环境中的腐蚀行为。结果表明, 在120 ℃鲜酸和170 ℃残酸环境中, TP140的均匀腐蚀速率均在一级标准范围内。酸化缓蚀剂在试样表面吸附成膜, 降低了TP140在鲜酸、残酸环境中的均匀腐蚀速率, 酸化过程中不完整铜膜覆盖在试样表面, 会加重局部腐蚀。
Abstract
SEM, EDS, XPS and confocal laser testing were used to study the corrosion behavior of casing pipe steel TP140 in the simulated oilfield fresh acid and residual (spent) acid environments. The results showed that the uniform corrosion rates of TP140 in both 120 ℃ fresh acid and 170 ℃ spent acid environments were within the range of the first grade of standard. The acidizing corrosion inhibitor was adsorbed on the specimens to form films which largely reduced the uniform corrosion rates of TP140 in fresh acid and spent acid environments. If adsorbed films were imperfect during the acidification, it would result in more serious localized corrosion.
