Preparation and Corrosion Inhibition of GPTMS/PFDS Self-assembled Bilayer on 430 Stainless Steel
摘 要
在430不锈钢表面制备了γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(GPTMS)/全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷(PFDS)自组装双层膜。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、电化学测试、接触角和SEM研究了自组装膜的吸附及对不锈钢电极的缓蚀性能。结果表明, GPTMS/PFDS双层膜比GPTMS单层膜和PFDS单层膜具有更优异的抗腐蚀性能。
Abstract
Self-assembled bilayer of GPTMS/PFDS was prepared on the surface of 430 stainless steel. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, electrochemical measurements, contact angle and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to study the adsorption of self-assembled films and their corrosion inhibition for 430 stainless steel. The results showed that the GPTMS/PFDS bilayer exhibited better corrosion resistance than the single layer film of GPTMS SAM or PFDS SAM.
