Main Performance of Self-lubricated Galvanized Sheet
摘 要
采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力扫描显微镜(AFM)、高精度表面轮廓仪、往复式摩擦磨损试验机、中性盐雾试验(NSST)和电化学工作站等设备及研究方法,对自润滑镀锌板的表面形貌、表面粗糙度、摩擦系数和耐蚀性进行了试验研究。结果表明,自润滑镀锌板具有良好的润滑性能和较高的耐蚀性。
Abstract
Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), neutral salt spray test (NSST), high precision surface profiler, reciprocating friction, wear tester and electrochemical workstation were used to study the main performance of self-lubricated galvanized (GI) steel sheet. The results show that self-lubricated GI sheet has excellent lubricating property and good corrosion resistance.
