Modification and Performance of Fluorine-containing Epoxy Vinyl Ester Resin Coatings
摘 要
为研究含氟环氧乙烯基酯树脂涂料的改性及其性能, 以环氧乙烯基酯树脂为原料, 添加适量的甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯和纳米氧化硅, 在过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)的固化条件下配制各种含氟环氧乙烯基酯树脂涂料。采用失重、耐酸、耐碱、耐盐和耐化学试剂等方法研究了涂料的耐腐性能,并通过接触角测量仪对接触角进行了测试。结果表明, 含氟环氧乙烯基酯树脂涂料的耐腐蚀性能, 随含氟化合物用量的增加而提高, 在25%时达到最佳, 之后维持稳定不变; 含氟环氧乙烯基酯树脂涂料的接触角随纳米氧化硅含量的增加而增大, 当纳米氧化硅含量达到树脂总量的10%时, 接触角为109°; 含氟环氧乙烯基酯树脂涂料的耐化学试剂性与含氟化合物和纳米氧化硅用量无直接关系。
Abstract
To study the modification and performance of fluorine-containing epoxy vinyl ester resin coatings, appropriate amount of trifluoroethyl methacrylate and nanosized silica were added into epoxy vinyl ester resin, which was the raw material. Then different fluorine-containing epoxy vinyl ester resin coatings were obtained using benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as the curing agent. The corrosion resistance of the coatings was studied using the tests of weight loss, acid-resisting, alkali-resisting, salt tolerance and chemical reagent resistance. And the contact angles of the coatings were tested by contact angle measuring device. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of the fluorine-containing epoxy vinyl ester resin coatings improved with the increasing content of fluorochemical. And it reached the optimum when the content of fluorochemical was 25%. The corrosion resistance remain unchanged if the content of fluorochemical continued increasing. The contact angles of fluorine-containing epoxy vinyl ester resin coatings increased with the increase of nanosized silica content. It increased to 109° when the nanosized silica content of the total resin reached 10%. It was found that the amount of fluorochemical and nanosized silica used had no obvious effect on the chemical reagent resistance of epoxy vinyl ester resin coatings.
