Corrosion Resistant Materials Selection of OCTG in a Simulated CCS project environment
摘 要
针对鄂尔多斯CO2捕集与地质封存(CCS)工程地质环境,根据井况条件采用高温高压釜模拟试验进行选材,对常用4种抗CO2腐蚀材质的腐蚀速率及腐蚀产物膜形貌进行了研究。结果表明,13CrS材质腐蚀速率为0.005 7 mm/a,为轻度腐蚀,明显优于其他材质。13CrS材质,其腐蚀产物膜薄而结构致密,抗CO2腐蚀能力强,符合CCS工程地质封存区腐蚀环境用管材要求。
Abstract
In the CO2 capture and geological storage (CCS) project environment of Ordos, a material-selection simulation test was performed using a high-temperature autoclave according to the well conditions. CO2 corrosion rate and corrosion product film of four kinds of commonly anti-corrosion material were studied. The results showed that 13 CrS material corrosion rate was 0.005 7 mm/a, belonging to mild corrosion, significantly superior to other materials. The 13CrS material corrosion product film exhibits thin and compact structure, and CO2 corrosion resistance is strong. The 13CrS is a good material for the CCS engineering geologic storage area corrosion environment.
