Design and Application of Process-anticorrosion Technology in PTA Dryer
摘 要
由于浆料介质中有含溴醋酸,某PTA(精对苯二甲酸)干燥机不锈钢筒体内衬板局部遭受严重腐蚀。为了延缓腐蚀,根据工艺防腐蚀原理,设计开发外加热装置,通过提高干燥机壳体温度,改变干燥机内部温度分布,防止形成露点腐蚀,减缓或抑制PTA干燥机筒体特定区段的腐蚀。经过一个运行周期的检验,干燥机筒体腐蚀状况得到了明显改善。该案例是应用该方法进行腐蚀治理的成功范例。
Abstract
PTA dryer suffered from serious localized corrosion on stainless steel shell liner due to the existence of acetic acid and bromine process in PTA slurry medium. In order to inhibit corrosion, a kind of heating-device had been designed on the basis of technics-anticorrosion principle, which increased the shell temperature, and changed the inner temperature distribution to avoid forming dew point corrosion, so the corrosion in special shell section was reduced. After a circulate period, the corrosion of dryer shell had been visibly improved. This case becomes a successful ensample in process corrosion prevention.
