Cause Analysis of Tube Bursting in a Station Boiler′s Sparse Rear Water Wall Tube
摘 要
针对一台电站锅炉后墙水冷壁拉稀管发生的双断口爆管事故,对爆管水冷壁取样进行了化学成分分析、力学性能检测、断口宏观检查、断口扫描电镜分析、金相检验、断口金属扩散氢含量测定、管壁测厚和胀粗测量等检测和分析,结合该炉运行记录等资料,最终得出后墙水冷壁拉稀管发生爆管的原因为烟气吹损减薄。据此提出了整改措施。
Abstract
A double-fracture tube bursting accident in a station boiler′s sparse rear water wall tube was analyzed by many tests and several research methods, such as chemical composition analysis, mechanical testing, fracture macroscopic inspection, fracture SEM analysis, metallographic examination, diffuse hydrogen content test in fracture metal, wall thickness and diameter measure. etc. And incorporating the information of the boiler′s operational log, it is cocluded that the primary reason of the sparse rear water wall tube′s bursting was the wall thinning by flue gas blowing. Some improved methods was put forword.
