Anti-corrosion of Air-cooled Condensers Using Alkalizer Ethanolamine
摘 要
近年随着直接空冷机组的大量投入运行,直接空冷凝汽器的运行腐蚀问题日渐突出。本工作利用动态模拟试验台,采用电化学方法研究了乙醇胺和氨对凝汽器材料腐蚀的影响,并对比了不同蒸汽湿度下两种药剂的调节pH的能力及同pH下所需加药量。结果表明,乙醇胺是一种具有较优防腐蚀效果的可替代氨的碱化剂。
Abstract
With an increasing number of air-cooled units putting into operation in recent years, the corrosion problem of air-cooled condensers is increasingly outstanding during operation. The inhibition mechanism of alkalizers of ethanolamine and ammonia for the condenser tubing was studied by electrochemical method with a dynamic simulation experiment set. A comparison study was made to investigate the anticorrosion ability of alkalizers with different pH and different steam moisture and the relevant dosages at the same pH. The experimental results show that alkalizer of ethanolamine has an excellent inhibition property for air-cooled condensers and can replace ammonia.
