Residual Life Prediction and Engineering Measures of Ultrahigh Pressure Tubular Reactor with Corrosion Defects
摘 要
对含缺陷超高压管式反应器,确定其主体材料K10X在醋酸环境下的腐蚀速率,根据最大允许腐蚀深度计算出剩余寿命; 依据有限元模拟温度场分析保温层在不同工况下对温度分布影响的结果,增加了保温层以防止醋酸蒸汽的冷凝。模拟不同流速的氮气对管道内醋酸积液的吹扫效果。结果表明,施加保温层后,可以有效提高金属温度,防止醋酸蒸汽冷凝; 进行氮气吹扫时,吹扫速率应不低于2 m/s,吹扫时间不低于30 min。
Abstract
The corrosion rate of K10X in acetic acid was measured, the minimal allow thickness and the residual life were calculated. According to the FEA result which showed the thermal distribution, insulating layer was added to prevent acetic acid from condensing. The residual acid was swept by N2 at different flow velocities. The results indicated that the insulating layer can increase the metal temperature to prevent acetic acid from condensing; and the N2 sweeping velocity should be not less than 2 m/s, and the sweeping time should be longer than 30 mins.
