Trouble Shooting for Cathodic Protection Systems of An Oil & Gas Station in Central Asia
摘 要
油气站场埋地管网复杂且经常有接地等其他设施的影响,因此阴极保护实施难度较大。很多已建油气站场的阴保系统因为各种原因难以有效运行,埋地设施存在腐蚀隐患。为探明常见油气站场阴保系统故障原因,结合中亚某天然气站场阴保系统部分保护电位不足的问题,对不同站场之间阴保系统的变化关系、实际埋地结构情况和电位分布情况等进行了测量,对阴保电流分布和电源输出进行了调整,使得各站场保护电位分布更加均匀,达到满意的保护效果。
Abstract
The cathodic protection (CP) for buried structures in oil and gas stations is very difficult due to the complex buried structure and the effect from grounding system. Some existing cathodic protection systems are not in good condition, and can not ensure the efficient protection for buried pipelines in oil and gas stations. In order to figure out the reasons of cathodic protection system failure, the trouble shooting for the cathodic protection systems in some gas stations in central Asia was studied. The cathodic protection effects in different stations, the actual buried structure and the potential distribution were investigated. The CP current distribution and power output were adjusted accordingly. The problems were successfully resolved, and more homogenous protection potentials in the test points were achieved.
