NDT Technology Research Status of Internal Defect Detection for Oil and Gas Pipelines
摘 要
对目前输油输气管线内缺陷检测的最新技术及相关研究做了综述;逐一对漏磁探伤、超声波类检测、脉冲涡流检测、光学原理类和射线照相类检测等方法做了较全面的介绍,包括工作原理、优势、使用范围及其局限性; 对管道内检测技术的存在问题和发展趋势做了简述。
Abstract
The latest technologies and related researches of internal corrosion defect detection for oil and gas pipelines were summarized. The NDT technologies were introduced one by one, such as magnetic leakage flux testing, ultrasonic testing, pulsed eddy current testing, optical testing and radiographic testing. The working principle, advantages/disadvantages, and range of application were listed. The existing problems and developing trend of pipeline inspection technology were introduced briefly.
