Corrosion and Protection of Secondary Circuit Circulating Cooling Water Pump in TNPS
摘 要
介绍了OB2-185E型循环冷却水泵腐蚀形态, 从结构、选材、工作环境等方面分析了腐蚀原因, 提出了相应的防护措施。实践表明, 采用处理措施后的冷却泵运行8个月后各部件状态良好, 未发现有继续腐蚀现象。
Abstract
The corrosion forms of OB2-185E circulating cooling pump in Tianwan Nuclear Power Station (TNPS) are introduced. The reasons of corrosion are analyzed from the aspects of structure, material-selection, working environment etc. The corresponding protection measures are proposed. The practice shows that all components are in good condition through 8 months of operation after treatment measures were adopted, no further corrosion phenomenon is found.
