Corrosion Inhibition of Cinnamomum Camphora Seed Extract Compounded with Quaternary Ammonium Salts
摘 要
采用电化学阻抗谱、极化曲线和失重法研究了樟树籽提取物与两种季铵盐AOBAB和DMMPAB复配后的协同作用。结果表明,25 ℃时,樟树籽提取物与0.001 mol/L AOBAB复配的缓蚀率最高为98.31%; 与0.001 mol/L DMMPAB复配的缓蚀率最高为98.65%。电化学法与失重法测得的结果基本一致,复配后缓蚀率有较大提高,且缓蚀率随提取物浓度的增加而升高。
Abstract
The inhibition of cinnamomum camphora seed extract (CCSE) compounded with quaternary ammonium salts, AOBAB or DMMPAB, was studied by methods of weight loss, potentiodynamic polarization curves and electrochemical impendance spectroscopy (EIS). The maximum inhibition efficiency was up to 98.31% when CCSE was compounded with AOBAB of a concentration of 0.001 mol/L and 98.65% when CCSE was compounded with DMMPAB of a concentration of 0.001 mol/L at 25 ℃. The results of electrochemical methods and weight loss method were basically the same.The results showed that the inhibition efficiency increased after CCSE were compounded with quaternary ammonium salts, and it increased as the concentration of CCSE went up.
