Corrosion Behaivors of 15CrMo Steel in Simulated Initial-condensate Water Containing SO42- Ions of Different Concentrations
摘 要
采用电化学方法考察了15CrMo钢在含有不同浓度SO42-汽轮机初凝水中的腐蚀特性;通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)结合EDS能谱仪观察和分析了15CrMo钢表面腐蚀产物形貌和化学成分, 采用X射线衍射(XRD)分析了腐蚀产物的物相成分。结果表明, 随着SO42-含量的增加, 15CrMo钢的腐蚀电位负移, 腐蚀电流密度增加, SO42-可以造成15CrMo钢的点蚀, SO42-浓度越大, 其造成的腐蚀越严重。
Abstract
The corrosion behaviors of 15CrMo steel were investigated in the stimulated initial-condensate water containing SO42- ions of different concentrations. The results of electrochemical measurements showed that the presence of SO42- rendered the negative shift of the corrosion potential. The corrosion current density increased with increasing the concentration of SO42- ions. The microstructure and chemical composition of the corrosion products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) coupled with energy dispersive X-ray (XRD). The results showed that adsorption of SO42- led to a local acidification and pitting on the steel surface.
