Application of New Corrosion Resin MFE-4 to Electrodeposition of Cobalt Industry
摘 要
介绍了MFE-4新型耐腐蚀树脂材料, 采用热变形维卡软化点温度测定仪、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、电子万能试验机等设备测试了树脂的物理和耐化学性能。结果表明, MFE-4树脂符合标准要求。工程实践表明, MFE-4树脂适用于钴电积槽工况条件的长周期运行。
Abstract
A new corrosion-resistant resin material MFE-4 was introduced, and the physical and chemical properties of the resin were tested by VEKA thermal deformation softening point temperature testing instrument, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), electronic universal testing machine and other laboratory equipment. The results showed that MFE-4 met the standard. The engineering practice showed that MFE-4 resin was suitable for long-term operation in cobalt cell working conditions.
