Comparative Study on Feasibility of Static HeadSpace/HeadSpace Solid Phase MicroextractionGCMS Detection of Residual Amounts of Volatile Organic Compounds in Plastic Packagings for Food
摘 要
对两种采样方法——静态顶空法(SHS)和顶空固相微萃取法(HSSPME)用于气相色谱质谱法(GCMS)检测食品用塑料包装材料中15种挥发性有机化合物(VOC′s)残留量的适用性作了比较研究。SHS中选用的提取温度和时间依次为100 ℃和20 min。HSSPME中用50/30 μm DVB/CAR/PDMS萃取头,在室温萃取20 min。结果表明:用HSSPME采集挥发物时,测定结果的灵敏度远高于SHS,虽然采用两种方法所得测定值的RSD值相比较,SHS优于HSSPME,但考虑到食品用塑料包装材料中VOC′s的阈值很低,用HSSPME与GCMS相结合更适当。
Abstract
A comparative study on the feasibility of 2 sampling methods, i.e., static head space (SHS) method and headspacesolid phase microextraction (HSSPME) method used in combination with GCMS analysis of plastic packagings for food for the contents of residual amounts of 15 volatile organic compounds (VOC′s) was made. The temperature and time of extraction used in sampling with SHS were 100 ℃ and 20 min respectively, while microextractor of 50/30 μm DVB/CAR/PDMS was used in HSSPME and the extraction, was carried out at room temperature for 20 min. It was found that the values of detection limits found by sampling with HSSPME were much lower than that of SHS, but values of RSD′s (n=6) found by sampling with SHS as a whole showed better precision. Considering the fact that the threshold values of VOC′s in the plastic packagings are quite low, sampling with HSSPME is preferred to be used in combination with GCMS analysis.
