Research and Application of Estradiol Molecular Imprinting Technique
摘 要
综述了雌二醇分子印迹聚合物的基础理论、制备方法、结构表征及其在固相萃取、固相微萃取、人工膜、传感器等方面的应用,介绍了雌二醇分子印迹技术在残留检测及污染物去除方面的应用,并对雌二醇分子印迹技术的发展进行了展望(引用文献72篇)。
Abstract
A review on the basic theories, preparation method and structure characterization of estradiol molecular imprinting polymers, as well as their applications in the fields of solid phase extraction, solid phase micro-extraction, artificial membrane, sensor and so on were presented. In addition, determination of estradiol residues and elimination of pollutants by estradiol molecular imprinting technique were also introduced. Trends of study and development in this field were also given (72 ref. cited).
