LC-MS/MS Determination of Oxidation Product Aniline in the Fenton Degradation of Azo Dye Orange G
摘 要
采用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定偶氮染料橙黄G的Fenton法降解氧化产物苯胺的含量。采用OnGuard II H固相萃取柱去除Fenton反应液中的亚铁离子,然后在XR-ODS II色谱柱上,采用电喷雾电离正离子扫描多反应监测模式测定。苯胺的线性范围为2.0~100.0 μg·L-1,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.6 μg·L-1。加标回收率在94.0%~98.4%之间,日内相对标准偏差在2.8%~6.4%之间,日间相对标准偏差在5.2%~8.6%之间。
Abstract
LC-MS/MS was applied to the determination of oxidation product aniline in Fenton degradation of azo dye orange G. The Fe2+ in Fenton′s reaction solution was removed by OnGuard II H solid phase extraction column. After the extraction, the separation was performed on a XR-ODS II chromatographic column. Detection was carried out using a positive electrospray ionization interface in multi-reaction monitoring mode. Linearity range of aniline found was 2.0-100.0 μg·L-1 with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.6 μg·L-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 94.0%-98.4%, with values of intra-day RSD′s and inter-day RSD′s in the ranges of 2.8%-6.4% and 5.2%-8.6% respectively.
