Preparation and Application of Coated Wire Polyvinyl Chloride Membrane-Salbutamol Sulfate Selective Electrode
摘 要
采用电位分析法测定猪肉中硫酸沙丁胺醇的含量。以硫酸沙丁胺醇与四苯硼钠形成的缔合物为电活性物质制备了涂丝型硫酸沙丁胺醇选择电极,并对其各项性能进行测定。结果表明: 电极对硫酸沙丁胺醇有很好的能斯特响应。电极响应的范围为1.0×10-5~1.0×10-1mol·L-1,级差电位为31 mV·pc-1,测定下限(10S/N)为6.5×10-6mol·L-1。用该电极对猪肉中硫酸沙丁胺醇的含量进行测定,测定结果与标准方法测定值相符。
Abstract
Potential analysis was applied to the determination of salbutamol sulfate in pork. The association complexs of salbutamol sulfate with sodium tetraphenylborate were used as electroactive materials to fabricate the coated wire polyvinyl chloride membrane-salbutamol sulfate selective electrode. Good Nernst response to salbutamol sulfate was obtained. The ion-selective electrode response range was from 1.0×10-5-1.0×10-1mol·L-1 with a slope of 31 mV·pc-1 and low limits of determination (10S/N) of 6.5×10-6mol·L-1. The prepared electrode was used to measure salbutamol sulfate in pork samples and the results were in agreement with those obtained by the standard method.
