Larson-Miller Method for Predicting Rupture Strength Being Incorrect
摘 要
通常采用 Larson-Miller法或等温直线法预测钢的持久强度, 但该两种方法的预测结果相差较大。究其原因, 发现是由于Larson-Miller法不正确造成的。计算和分析结果表明:Larson-Miller法的原理和结果都不正确。
Abstract
Larson-Miller method and isothermal linear method were usually used to predict rupture strength of steel. However, there were big differences between the predicted values of these two methods. Investigating the reason, it was found that this was due to Larson-Miller method being not correct. Calculation and analysis results show that the principle and the results of Larson-Miller method both were incorrect.
