Influence of Trace Boron on Mechanical Properties of Carbon Structural Steels
摘 要
为了解硼元素对碳素结构钢力学性能的影响, 通过对硼微合金化热轧H型钢与普通碳素热轧H型钢的化学成分、力学性能的统计分析, 研究了硼元素对碳素热轧H型钢性能及组织的影响, 总结了不同硼元素含量对产品韧性的影响。结果表明: 微量硼元素的加入, 防止了磷、硫的偏析, 抑制了晶界脆化, 从而大大改善了热轧H型钢产品的韧性。
Abstract
In order to acquire the influence of boron on mechanical properties of carbon structural steels, through counting and analyzing chemical composition and mechanical properties of boron micro-alloyed hot-rolled H-beam and ordinary carbon structural steels H-beam, the influence of boron on properties and structure of hot-rolled H-beam was studied, and the influence of different composition of boron on the toughness of production was sum up. The resulted showed that the trace boron prevented the aliquation of element P and S, restrained embrittlement of the grain boundary, thus greatly improved the toughness of hot-rolled H-beam production.
