Effect of Aging Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of Beryllium Bronze Elastic Elements
摘 要
针对不同产品所需铍青铜弹性元件性能技术要求不同的问题, 对不同状态铍青铜的时效温度、显微组织及性能进行了研究。结果表明: 对于QBe2.0铍青铜,C态和CY4态的时效温度不能超过350 ℃, 而CY2态和CY态的时效温度不能超过320 ℃; 超过该温度后, 铍青铜硬度开始降低, 晶界反应量增加, 即发生过时效。所得结果可用于指导铍青铜弹性元件的时效热处理。
Abstract
In terms of the problem that different beryllium bronze elastic elements were required different properties, the relationships between aging temperature and microstructure and mechanical properties were studied to different state beryllium bronze. The results show that, for C and CY4 state QBe2.0 beryllium bronze, the aging temperature should not be higher than 350 ℃,and for CY2 and CY state QBe2.0 beryllium bronze, the aging temperature should not be higher than 320 ℃.If exceeding above temperatures, hardness of the beryllium bronze would reduce, and the boundary reaction amount would increase, that is to say over-aging would happen. The obtained results could be used to guide aging treatment of beryllium bronze.
