The Rational Research of Reference Block of Automatic Ultrasonic Testing for the Weld Seam of SAW Pipe in the Third West-East Gas Pipeline Project
摘 要
分析了目前西三线埋弧焊钢管焊缝自动超声波检测用对比试块的现状和存在的问题及钢管焊缝缺陷检测的可行性。应用分区检测方法设计出满足西三线的对比试块并进行了对比分析。试验结果保证了西三线工程中埋弧焊钢管焊缝自动超声波检测在厚度范围和一定宽度范围100%检测,其结果对于研究埋弧焊钢管焊缝自动超声波检测方法提供了参考,同时也为制定埋弧焊钢管焊缝自动超声波检测方法标准提供了一定的依据。
Abstract
The current situation and existing problem of reference block of automatic ultrasonic testing for the SAW pipe weld seam and the feasibility of defect detection of SAW pipe weld seam in the Third West-East Gas Pipeline Project are analyzed.The reference blocks, which are appropriate for the Third West-East Gas Pipeline Project, are schemed out by means of partition testing and a comparative analysis is given. This research guarantees that the automatic ultrasonic testing for the weld bead of SAW pipe in the Third West-East Gas Pipeline Project can be fully achieved in thickness range and sectional width range. The research results provide a reference for the research of the method of the automatic ultrasonic testing for the weld seam of SAW pipe, and also give some basis for formulating the standard of the method of the automatic ultrasonic testing for the weld seam of SAW pipe.
