Application of Eddy Current Array Probe in the In-situ Detection of High Pressure Turbine Blade
摘 要
针对某发动机高压涡轮叶片的结构与裂纹特点,特别是考虑了裂纹产生的特殊部位及叶片形状对涡流场耦合的影响,提出了高压涡轮叶片原位涡流阵列检测技术。为保证原位涡流检测的可靠性,设计了专用的涡流阵列探头,同时根据检查孔与叶片的空间位置关系制作了特殊工装,解决了高压涡轮叶片的原位检测难题。
Abstract
Considering the shape and the crack characteristics of the high pressure turbine blade,especially the influence of the crack in special parts and the shape of blade to the eddy current field coupling, a new method of eddy current array in-situ detection technology was put forward. Special eddy current array probe was designed for assuring the dependability of eddy current in-situ detection, and especial fixture was made according to the location relation of inspect-hole and blade. The task of the in-situ detection of high pressure turbine blade was well done.
