The Design and Development of the Imaging Software for Automatic Ultrasonic Inspection of Reactor Pressure Vessel Bolt
摘 要
传统的螺栓超声自动检验采用条形图方式记录数据,缺陷检测不直观,螺纹根部小缺陷容易湮没在螺纹信号当中,无法进行缺陷定位测量。为此,研究并开发了专门针对螺栓超声检查的M型条形图、A\B\C型等成像技术,设计了一套封头螺栓超声检验数据采集分析软件,能够准确地测出缺陷位置,直观呈现缺陷分布状态,清晰地区分小缺陷与螺纹信号。该软件极大地提高了螺栓缺陷的检出率及准确率。
Abstract
The traditional bolt automatic ultrasonic inspection data is recorded by bar chart. Defects are not intuitive to be checked out. The small defects signal and screw thread signal can not be recognized easily.The position of defects can not be measured and located. Therefore, M mode bar chart and A\B\C mode imaging technology are specially designed for bolt automatic ultrasonic inspection. A new ultrasonic data acquisition and analysis softwares developed. It can measure defects location accurately and show distribution of defects directly and plot the small defects signal and screw thread signal clearly. The defect inspection relevance ratio and accuracy ratio are improved greatly by this software.
