Analysis and Estimation of UT for Forging in High Power Marine Gearbox
摘 要
结合GW系列大功率船用变速箱中大型锻件的超声波探伤情况,根据锻件的不同部位、运转受力及缺陷危害的不同情况,制定相应的质量验收等级,解决了生产中锻件毛坯合格率过低的问题。使得GW系列大功率船用变速箱生产中,可以根据不同的质量分级,合理地利用材料,避免了浪费。
Abstract
Combined with high-power marine gearbox GW series ultrasonic testing case of large forgings, considering different parts of forgings and the operation force as well as different situations of defect hazards, this paper is to develop appropriate quality acceptance level to solve the too low pass rate problems of rough forging in production. Useful exploration aims to the rational use of materials for GW series of high-power marine gearbox in the production, and the feasibility of the method is proven.
