Sensitivity Compensation for Magnetic Particle Detection with Battery Power Supply Type Alternating Current Electromagnetic Yoke
摘 要
分析了各类便携式磁粉检测设备的优缺点,提出了蓄电池供电式交流电磁轭磁粉检测灵敏度的补偿问题。论述了交流电磁轭的特点:磁通的变化主要取决于励磁电源的电压和频率的变化,由此得出蓄电池供电式交流电磁轭磁粉检测灵敏度补偿的方向。指出了采用从补偿电流的途径来补偿灵敏度是不妥的;而应借助于自动改变交流励磁电源的频率来补偿其灵敏度。
Abstract
Following analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various types of portable magnetic particle testing equipments, sensitivity compensation for the battery power supply type electromagnetic yoke magnetic particle detection was put forward The characteristics of AC electromagnetic yoke were discussed and it was pointed out that changes of magnetic flux mainly depended on the excitation power supply voltage and frequency variation so that the correct ways of sensitivity compensation for battery power supply type electromagnetic yoko magnetic particle detection were deduced. It was concluded that it was not appropriate by using electric cuwext to compersate the sensitivity but the correct way was to automatically change the excitation powersupply frequency for its sensitivity compensation.
