Steel T Shape Welding Joint Without Weld Depth of Ultrasonic Flaw Detection Probe and Test Block Method
摘 要
钢闸门、钢闸门支臂、坝顶门机和厂房桥机箱形梁结构等存在大量钢熔化焊T形接头未焊透缺陷, 为了消除按照现有超声检测标准存在的分歧, 通过大量试验, 得出适合钢熔化焊T形接头未焊透深度检测的探头、试块和方法, 使超声波检测的准确性、客观性、认同度大大提高, 能够较好地消除分歧, 并在实践中取得较好的检测效果。
Abstract
There is a lot of steel fusion welding T-joint in steel gates, steel gate arm, crest door and plant box beam bridge structure. There are some differences between the test results in accordance with existing standards frequently. We carry a lot of experiments in order to eliminate differences in this paper. We developed a suitable fusion welded steel T-joint width detection of incomplete penetration probe, test block and methods. The accuracy, objectivity, and identification degree of detection were greatly improved. The divergence were better eliminated. There were better detection results in practice.
