Application of the Phased Array Ultrasonic Method in Thick-walled Pipelines of Plant Boiler Inspection
摘 要
针对电站锅炉厚壁管道常规超声检测时存在近表面盲区大、检测结果受人为因素影响较大等缺点, 需要提高电站锅炉厚壁管道检测可靠性。详细阐述了超声相控阵检测技术具有缺陷检出率高、检测可靠性好等优点, 对超声相控阵检测工艺进行了分析, 并举例说明了超声相控阵检测技术在电站锅炉厚壁管道检验中的应用。
Abstract
It is imminent to improve the reliability of thick-walled pipe inspection in power plant boiler, as the conventional ultrasonic testing has many disadvantages, such as large blind spots existing near the surface and test results being affected by human factors. With the advantage of the high defect inspection ratio and high reliability, the ultrasonic phased array inspection technology was described and the test process was analyzed in the text. At the same time, the application of the ultrasonic phased array inspection technology in power plant boiler thick-wall pipe testing was illustrated.
