The Distinctions in X-ray Images of Directional Crystal Turbine Blade Intergranular Crack and Grain Boundary Diffraction fringes
摘 要
介绍了定向结晶涡轮叶片的晶界裂纹和晶界衍射条纹的机理和特点, 通过晶界裂纹和晶界衍射条纹的X射线检测的试验分析, 得出了晶界衍射条纹的影像是随着曝光条件的变化而明显变化的, 而晶界裂纹影像的变化较小。通过X射线检测工艺的优化可以保证定向结晶叶片晶界裂纹的检出。
Abstract
The principium and character of crystal boundary crack and diffraction stripe of the turbine vane of directional crystal were introduced. Through the test and analysis of radiographic testing between crystal boundary crack and diffraction stripe, it was shown that diffraction stripe image varied with exposure condition, while change of crystal boundary crack image was less.
