The Detection of Pressure Pipeline Corrosion Using Infrared Thermography
摘 要
结合公司压力管道运行的现状, 分析了管道壁温与腐蚀减薄的关系, 通过在现场应用红外热像仪对压力管道进行测厚前的分类筛选, 再对有问题的管道进行测厚, 达到了提高工作效率, 增大测厚覆盖面, 避免出现遗漏腐蚀减薄管线测厚的目的。
Abstract
According to the present situation of pressure pipeline operation company and based on the analysis of pipe wall temperature and corrosion thinning relationship, the infrared thermal image instrument was selected to explore and practice in the field for pressure piping, and then for pipes in question thickness gauges were used to measure the thickness of the pipe. By so doing, the work efficiency was improved and the coverage of thickness measurement was increased thus to avoid corrosion thinning pipelines undetected.
