Radiography Test of 9Ni Steel by Optimization Filter Method
摘 要
9Ni钢由于基本金属与焊缝金属含镍量不同,导致射线照相时基本金属与焊缝金属对射线的衰减差异很大,底片上基本金属与焊缝金属部位黑度难以同时满足要求,常规射线检测有一定难度,用对射线进行滤波的方法可以解决这一难题。
Abstract
For the 9Ni steel, the difference of nickel content in the basic metals and weld material results in the X-ray attenuation differences between the two metals, and the blackness of basic metal and weld metal parts is difficult to meet the requirements of conventional X-ray inspection, so it is difficult for inspecting it by using the conventional radiographic testing. It is suggested that the filtering of the radiation may solve this problem.
