Electrostatic Spraying Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection of Hollow-Cored Structure Part
摘 要
采用静电喷涂荧光渗透检验法,对多孔性空心叶片等空心复杂结构零件进行检测试验,检验效果理想,有效地防止了检测过程中渗透剂进入空腔通道内并引起的明显渗出现象,避免了常规浸渍法或刷涂法渗透检测难度大、检查速度慢、评定背景不佳的缺点。试验结果证明了该方法应用于多孔性空心结构零件的检测,具有检测效率高、检测结果可靠的优点。
Abstract
This paper performed the test verification by electrostatic spraying fluorescent penetrant inspection for the complex structure of hollow-cored parts, such as porous hollow-cored blade, and achieved the satisfactory inspection result. The method can effectively prevent the penetrant entering hollow-cored passages and causing severe bleed-out problems during examination, and avoids the shortcoming, such as difficult to examination, slowly check speed and poor inspection background, as the penetrant is applied by conventional dipping or brushing. Testing results showed the method could raise inspection efficiency and provide reliable inspection result for the porous hollow-cored structure part, and has a wide application prospect in this field.
