Study on Abnormality Electromagnetic Testing abnormal of Thin-walled Gr.2 Titanium Tubes
摘 要
针对薄壁Gr.2钛管涡流检测时报警的现象, 采用UT、PT、金相等方法进行了检测分析, 并根据涡流检测报警信号连续出现, 与标准管报警信号的相位角不重合的特点, 分析了可能产生报警的原因。通过工序之间的检测, 找到了产生涡流报警的工序, 采用对涡流检测报警的管材再次进行溜轧的方法, 消除了该管材的报警信号。采用对管材加套管进行矫直的方法, 解决了该规格管材涡流检测报警的问题。
Abstract
Ultrasonic testing, penetration testing and metallographic testing were used to analyze the abnormality during electromagnetic testing of thin-walled gr.2 titanium tubes. The characteristics of ET alarm appeared continuously and were found in misalignment with phase angle of standard pipe alarm signal. The possible causes of alarm were analyzed and the cause of ET alarm procedures was found between different processes. Alarm signal of the pipes was eliminated by slipped rolling method and it was confirmed that straightening was the main reason of ET abnormality. By using the method of straightening with liner tube, the problems of ET alarm were solved.
