Application of Magnetic Flux Leakage Detection Technology to Round Steel
摘 要
针对表面裂纹缺陷占圆钢质量异议的比例超过了80%, 裂纹缺陷成为制约特钢产品质量的关键问题。通过漏磁检测可实现对圆钢的100%检测, 最大程度地消除了试样圆钢与被检圆钢的检测结果差异, 极大地降低了产品的成本。由于漏磁检测过程可监控、检测结果可统计、产品质量可追溯, 因此对及时发现产品缺陷, 快速改善上游工序生产状态, 阻止质量事故扩大化起到了至关重要的作用。
Abstract
Due to the fact that the surface crack plays a major adversary role to affect the quality of steel with ratio being more than 80%, the crack defect becomes the key problem restricting steel product quality. The magnetic flux leakage testing can achieve 100% detection of steel bar, and can to the greatest degree eliminate the differences of testing results for sampled round steel and the actual round steel, thus greatly reducing the cost of technology. Because the magnetic flux leakage testing process can be under monitoring, the detection results can be statistically analyzed and product quality is of traceability, so the product defects can be timely found out, leading to the rapid improvement of upstream production state and playing critical role in preventing quality-related accidents.
