Detection Method and Remaining Strength Assessment for Corroded Riser
摘 要
海洋油气开发用立管由于受恶劣海域腐蚀环境的影响,其检测及剩余强度评价对海洋油气生产安全具有极为重要的意义。在几种常用的腐蚀管道检测方法和计算腐蚀疲劳强度标准的基础上,通过采用远场涡流检测方法,收集腐蚀立管的缺陷几何尺寸,再应用有限元方法对其疲劳强度进行计算,形成了针对特定腐蚀管道,基于远场涡流检测方法的腐蚀立管剩余强度有限元评价,即B31G的3级评价,为立管完整性管理提供确实可靠的数据。
Abstract
Due to the influence of tough marine environment,the riser used for the development of marine oil and gas always heavily corroded. The corrosion detection of the riser and residual strength evaluation for Marine oil and gas production safety has very important significance. Based on researching several corroded pipeline detection methods and code used for calculation of corrosion fatigue strength,aiming at target Pinghu riser,the geometric size of the defect was collected by remote field technology. After calculating the fatigue strength by the finite element method,a finite element assessment method based on remote field technology and named B31G Level 3 Assessment is formed. The assessment can provide reliable data for the riser integrity management.
