Analysis on Cracking Reason of Flange Forgings of 16MnⅢ Steel during Welding
摘 要
某16MnⅢ钢法兰锻件在和钢管对焊的焊接过程中发生开裂。通过宏观断口观察、金相检验、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、扫描电镜分析等方法对该法兰锻件焊接开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明: 焊接工艺不当、焊接前未预热是导致该法兰锻件开裂的关键原因。
Abstract
Cracking occurred in a flange forging of 16MnⅢ steel during butt welding process with steel pipe. By means of macroscopic fracture observation, metallographic examination, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, SEM analysis and so on, the cracking reason was analyzed. The results showed that the incorrect welding technology and without preheating before welding were the reasons of cracking.
