Application of EDTA Pickling Technique to Chemical Cleaning for Boiler of 1000MW Unit
摘 要
介绍了大唐潮州电厂1000MW机组超超临界直流炉的化学清洗工艺。该次锅炉清洗采用双氧水碱洗, EDTA铵盐清洗钝化工艺, 酸洗后腐蚀速率及腐蚀总量均达到DL/T794-2001《火力发电厂锅炉化学清洗导则》的要求。该工艺环保先进, 有推广的价值。
Abstract
The chemical cleaning technique for ultra-supercritical boiler of a 1000MW unit in Datang Chaozhou Power plant was introduced. During the chemical cleaning, hydrogen peroxide was used for alkaline washing,and EDTA ammonium salt was used for cleaning and passivation. The corrosion rate and corrosion amount after pickling met the requirement of DL/T 794-2001. The technique is environmental protection and worthy of promotion.
