Anti-corrosion Property of Pigments/Fillers Evaluated by Eclectrochemical Methods
摘 要
制备了同一树脂体系的钛白粉、石英粉、复合铁钛粉等三种颜填料的防腐蚀涂料, 并用电化学快速评价方法研究了A3钢上应用不同涂层后体系的抗渗透能力和抗腐蚀能力。结果表明, 颜填料的种类和颗粒形状对涂料的抗渗透性和抗腐蚀能力有较大影响。
Abstract
Three kinds of anti-corrosion coatings with the same resin and different pigments/fillers such as titanium dioxide, quartz powders and complex ferrotitanium powders were prepared. The anti-penetration and anti-corrosion properties of coating systems on A3 steel were analyzed by electrochemical quick evaluation methods. The results showed that the effect of type of pigment/filler and particle shape on the anti-penetration and anti-corrosion properties of coating systems was evident.
