Corrosion Products and Corrosion Behavior of Tubing Steel in CO2/H2S Environment
摘 要
对CO2/H2S环境中常规油管钢的腐蚀产物的已有研究成果进行了归纳分析, 结果表明, 在100 ℃附近, CO2/H2S共存环境中, 油管钢表面形成的FeS膜的保护性优于FeCO3, 对金属腐蚀有抑制作用。总结出了油管钢的两类分压比规律: 第一类分压比, 体系中的CO2分压保持不变, 逐渐增加H2S的分压, 腐蚀速率会出现极值; 第二类分压比, 体系中的H2S分压保持恒定, 腐蚀速率会随着CO2分压的升高而增加。这对于进一步完善CO2/H2S腐蚀理论以及油气田合理选择油套管材料均有一定指导意义。
Abstract
The corrosion products of tubing steels in CO2/H2S environmental was analyzed. It was found that at about 100 ℃, the formed FeS film was more protective than FeCO3. The corrosion behavior was studied at different partial pressure ratios. When CO2 partial pressure was stable, increasing the H2S partial pressure would result in a maximum of the corrosion rate. When the H2S partial pressure was stable, the corrosion rate increased with the increase of CO2 partial pressure. The result is helpful to complete the theory of CO2/H2S corrosion and selection of tubing steels.
