Evaluation of Corrosion Inhibitor for Subsea Pipeline Using FSM Technology
摘 要
针对某海上气田海底管道中高含CO2气体的恶劣工况, 通过在海底管道上安装FSM腐蚀检测设备, 对海上气田不同生产过程应用的缓蚀剂进行效果评估, 及时对缓蚀剂进行了优化, 确保海底管道内壁处于低度腐蚀状况, 保证了气田的安全运行。
Abstract
A FSM corrosion detecting instrument was installed in the middle of a subsea pipeline with severe corrosion environment of high concentration of CO2. By using FSM corrosion detecting instrument the performance of corrosion inhibitor in the different production stages was evaluated and the optimization of corrosion inhibitor was carried out to insure the safe production of gas field.
