Infrared Method for Testing the Mid-frequency Heating Temperature of Steel Pipes
摘 要
介绍了一种非接触式钢管中频加热温度的测量方法, 与直接接触式测量方法进行了对比, 讨论了影响非接触式钢管中频加热温度的测量方法准确性的因素。结果表明, 非接触式钢管中频加热温度的测量方法具有更高的准确性, 与接触式测温配合使用、互为补充, 增强了测温的可靠性。
Abstract
In the steel pipes coating processing, direct-touching and un-touching are two methods in testing the steel pipes′ temperature. And presently the direct-touching method is mainly used, which is performed by using a tempilstick to get the surface temperature of steel pipes after mid-frequency heating. The two methods have their advantages and disadvantages respectively. In this paper, a kind of infrared testing method is introduced and compared with the direct-touching method. The impact factors in testing temperature are discussed. The application results show that this kind of un-touching method can give much more true and precise temperature values of the steel pipes.
