Corrosion Behavior of 20 Steel in a Solution Containing Hydrogen Sulfide and Hydrochloric Acid
摘 要
利用极化曲线和电化学阻抗, 结合扫描电镜和能谱分析, 对20号钢在90 ℃ HCl-H2S-H2O溶液中的腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明, 当溶液中存在H2S时, 电极表面形成的FeS 膜对HCl的侵蚀具有一定的阻碍作用; 随H2S浓度的增加, 膜电阻、电荷转移电阻逐渐减小, 说明膜的致密性下降, 腐蚀加重; 当溶液中HCl较高时, FeS膜出现脱落现象, 且随着HCl浓度的增加, 膜的致密性逐渐降低, 保护作用下降, 导致腐蚀速率增加。
Abstract
Corrosion behavior of 20 steel was studied in a solution containing hydrogen sulfide and hydrochloric acid at 90 ℃. The results showed that FeS film formed firstly during the experiment when the solution contained hydrogen sulfide, then the film obstructed corrosion caused by hydrochloric acid. With increasing the hydrogen sulfide content, the resistance of corrosion product film and the charge transfer impedance decreased, indicating that the film density decreased and corrosion increased. In the solutions with relatively high concentrations of hydrochloric acid the film became loose and with the increase of content of the acid the density and the protection of the film declined and the corrosion rate increased.
