Repairing and Debugging of the Cathodic Protection System for an Urban Sewage Pipe
摘 要
针对一条陈旧的污水排海管道阴极保护系统保护电位无法获取的现状, 在其末端设置双参比电极。通过测量管道末端的保护电位来调节恒电位仪的电流输出, 并采用恒电流法控制阴极保护系统, 使管道全线的保护电位均≤-0.85 V(CSE), 从而获得了充分的阴极保护。
Abstract
For the lack of the cathodic protection potential of the sewage pipe, dual-reference electrodes were installed in the end of the sewage pipe in seawater. The current output of potentiostat was adjusted by measuring the protection potential of the sewage pipe end, and constant current method was applied to control the cathodic protection system which made the pipeline potential lower than -0.85 V(CSE), thus the whole pipeline was protected completely.
